Datepicker don't work on default version #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download source
2. Install test database
3. Open index.php

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for date field datepicker should appear - instead nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

You need to include jquery ui for the datepicker to work
http://jqueryui.com/demos/datepicker/

I did not include it with my files
