Provide Hooks or Framework to facilitate File Upload to server.
Requires some thought to make elegant/appropriate.

Additional hooks to consider would be to utilize the DRAG and DROP code that 
allows you to drag and drop a literal file into a HTML container and have it 
upload to a designated area.

Until this nice option is available - I have created a javascript dialog that 
contains an upload button, form etc that you can access via a hyperlink from 
the grid, then submit it...sort of a workaround I guess...
