Column Size Not activating #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a whole bunch of grids that are inside an accordion.
2. All the ones that are hidden on page load have their headers misplaced.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that they are all lined up like the top, non-hidden 
grid. Now I think it has something to do with the colResizer div not receiving 
a value while in the hidden divs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 1.8, on a Linux box with Apache version   2.0.63, PHP version 5.2.9.

Please provide any additional information below.
