TBC: Frames should inherit BackdropTemplate #3

Found this fix for the retail version of EavesDrop in https://github.com/domzae/EavesDrop/issues/6#issuecomment-708655243. TBC Classic is based on the Shadowlands client where this fix was needed too. I have tested this on TBC classic Beta and it seems to be working.
