Extend documentation to make it more NixOS beginner friendly. #192

Agenix seems to me the best and easiest of all Nix secret management libraries. I extended the intro and tutorial section to make it more explicit for NixOS beginners to understand what's going on and how to use it. I hope you find it useful. Feel free to close, request corrections or edit as you please.

Background: As a NixOS beginner when i encountered agenix for the first time a long time ago i struggled to understand how to use it. I had to learn a lot about NixOS configurations before coming back. Now it all makes sense.
