Add Dashboard Variables to the scope of Angular Template

As a User i want to add the Dashboard Variables inside the Angular Template. I Want to define a Variable for a Dashboard to use it as Template and will create a Panel which then uses this variable for the Rest Call and Angular Template to show the user the Variable in a special way
