Make use of page_info_list.json to build the infinite scroll
Have it start at the very first page, but give them chapter links at the very top.
Allow for linking to an infinite scroll page that starts at a particular page

Infinite scroll page added. Chapter links not yet done, but they'll go in a new issue.
