Add hooks.py support for get_storylines #67

This should be designed to allow multiple layers of storylines, like how Mothorial breaks its story into Volumes, and then the Volumes into Chapters.

Added to 0.4.0. Needs to be tested for completeness, but that can be done as part of updating Mothorial.
