what to do in cases where there are multiple events for the minute_clean?

like when Buffon got red-carded and Ronaldo scored the penalty in the same stoppage time. both are at minute 180

one idea is just to leave them both at 180 and sort in order of the "unclean" minute

sorting takes care of a lot of this

still, for minutes that are identical, might need to:

• "order" the events by type. red cards usually come before goals
• throw a row_number field onto the data
