Recognizer not working #25

My bot with LUIS works fine with the emulator but not with this local direct line

hi @panikdkernel - are you using the v3 SDK or the v4 SDK? Are you using C# or Node? Did you stand up webchat as stated in the readme (with websockets set to false)?

Also, to isolate the issue - are you able to run a simple echobot?
