Heya Sebnem!

While we work out the security kinks with the appId and appPassword would you be willing to file a different PR with all the other changes you made? It sounds like (even without the authentication bits) the iisnode additions would unblock some customers.

Heya @sebnema - not sure if you saw my last comment a few months ago. I think part of this PR would be valuable for some of the users using this package. Would you be able to change your PR and resubmit without the auth piece?
