Agile Screen: Tell me the cheapest time slots coming

Use case: I need some more tools to tell me the earliest cheapest time slot, so I could set timers for my washer and dishwasher.

• Under the "Published Unit Rates" section, I would want to see the time slots with the cheapest unit rate to blink, so that in addition to the color aids, I can spot the best time slot more easily.
• I want one new tile showing: "Upcoming cheapest unit rate: 1.00p / 03:00 / 8h 35m (countdown in minutes)", because my dishwasher can only preprogrammed 3/6/9h in advance.
