Update renovate Github Actions to run Espresso UI tests during dependency update tasks #54

This is a public repo, and we are free to use Github Actions - so we write a simple Android UI journey test and run it as a part of the Renovate update check to ensure there are no run-time errors and the dependency update is suitable to be applied.
