This PR will add the extension points needed to allow other plugins to add their own controls. There is still some work to be done on it before it's ready.

[x] Add SlotFills to inject controls
[x] Add filters to the query attributes.
[x] Export SlotFills for use
[ ] Add docs and example to README.
