Describe the bug Due to inconsistent dev environemnts the 1.0.0 release was not run through a linting engine nor a static analysis package before deployment and there were several things missed, like issue #25

Additional context Unless something very unexpected turned up here this will make for an excellent 1.1 release candidate

If there are very few items to be corrected after running the analysis this may really just be a 1.0.x release
