OS X 10.7.4 Install Error #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing wine on OS X 10.7.4
2.Xcode 4.2.1
3.Getting Error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not Sure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apple-gcc-4.2.1-build-5666.3 Mac OS X 10.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.

No idea. Make sure a full version of Xcode is installed, and make sure the 
command line portions are as well. You might blow away the ${HOME}/wine/tools 
directory as well to force a recompile of GCC/ccache. -r

I received this as well using wine-1.5.13. I tried the deleting of the tools 
directory and a machine restart because  I had just before hand installed the 
Xcode command line tools. Xcode is fully up to date, in fact just updated it a 
few days ago to accomodate the iOS 6 release.
