Implement NPC religiosity roll #170

NPCs should have religiosity rolls, with a weighted curve (dice(2, 50) or some similar equivalent). Should tie into https://github.com/ryceg/Eigengrau-s-Essential-Establishment-Generator/issues/169.

From low to high:

Broken heretic Outspoken cynic Critical student Cautious listener Open-minded seeker Casual observer Quiet true believer <---- Top of the bell curve should be weighted towards faithfulness. Outspoken believer Conspicuously faithful Fanatical true believer
