Add Kanka Export functionality #348

Barebones as a regular copy + paste affair like GMBinder would be fine, though the Kanka dev team have made an API which would be usable.

Additionally, there is already a Kanka JS wrapper which could be used, if we switched over to a better, non-infectious license such as MIT.
