What does this do?

Converts a bunch of long if bits to threshold tables

How was this tested? Did you test the changes in the compiled `.html` file?

Something has made it break on some seeds, and not on others. It's marked as a draft pr until I figure out the cause.

Is there a GitHub Issue that this is resolving?

No, just aiming to improve code smell slightly.
