After customizing the town, I put 63 human, 10 halfling, 10 gnome, 10 dwarf, 5 half-elf, and 2 dragonborn as the raw numbers under racial demographics. After saving changes and generating the town, it says "comprising mostly of hobbits" and when I hover over it shows the percentiles, for human and halfling, switched.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue, it appears to be working for me. @BlackSnow55555 can you confirm if you're still seeing the bug?
