City text readability

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, the black text over the image of the town is very difficult to read.

Describe the solution you'd like Make the text more readable. There's multiple ways this could be accomplished from changing its color, adding a background to it, moving and displaying the town image in another way, etc...
