Markdown for Establishments #85

A new page for any establishment that gives a markdown mode for it like the already implemented NPC markdown

NPC markdown is available at /NPCGeneration/NPCProfileMarkdown.twee. {{{this escapes text.}}}

Formatting should be consistent with the Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition formatting.

I'm not sure if markdown export is necessary, considering we now have GMBinder export. Thoughts?
