Just creating an issue to tie into the PR I've made supporting .NET 7 initially and now .NET 8

This has been merged in https://github.com/rychlym/dotnet-tools-outdated/pull/5 and released to https://www.nuget.org/packages/dotnet-tools-outdated/0.6.2
