Person detection and tracking w/ Raspberry Pi Camera #2

Bit jazzed by this halloween project, one of those - well other than the mannequin head :) - DYI stuff I had already. First tried the Wyze v2 cam, not much luck w/ the rtsp stream - getting errors of the h.2xx kind. Then tried raspi 5MP camera w/ an IR-CUT filter.

Occasionally it will detect a person, but very little movement. Is there a way to tweak the ML params, or something you suggest to try?

Ahh, looks like this was only tested w/ an Wyze Cam v2 and running on a RP4.
