Add codes & notes, Remove Y from codes, fix build.py, Update unknown TID message

• Added Medal Modifiers and Meow Modifier.
• Remove Y button activator from badges and turnips.
• switched from add_to_address and sub_to_address to ADD32 and SUB32 to suit naming scheme.
• Add notes for Turnips, Badges and Medals.
• Comment out WA related stuff so zip is correctly created.
• Change the TitleID error message to include warning about WA Cart and current TID.
• Build plugin using these commits.
