Spawned bushes and stuff disappearing??! #61

Hi! I’m on an old 3DS with firmware version 11.9.0.42U. My Luma CFW is the newest as of now (9 point something). My NTR is 3.6, and my plug-in is 4.1.1. My ACNL game is a cartridge with the 1.5 Welcome Amiibo update.

Anyways, as for my problem. Most everything works perfectly and I’m having so much fun! However, I’m trying to plant bushes using cheats and after I save and quit and reboot the game they’re all gone! I’ve used two methods:

  1. I use the search and replace tool with perfect apples. I replace the apples with white azalea bushes. I reload the screen and they all show up fine. But then lo and behold, next time I play they’re all gone!

  2. I use real time world edit and place bushes using that. Once again, it’s all fine and dandy until I play next time.

Please help me. Planting them by hand is way too time consuming! It took 2 hours just with the apples method! I hope I have enough info. Haven’t tested with any other items using those two methods so idk if it’s just bushes

Update: I placed bushes using the second mentioned method around four buildings, then skipped a day in game and let it save. Only half of it disappeared but I have no clue why some of it stayed and some didn’t

Did you let the acre refresh? If you leave the area and return, the bushes should stay (works for me, at least). If you just plant bushes in some places and saved without leaving the area, some of them might not show up. Try planting bushes near the town hall, entering town hall, leaving town hall, and saving.

Every few bushes I plant, I refresh the acre. Doesn’t help

I will test this on my 3DS this afternoon. If it doesn't work for me, it's a problem with the cheat.

Thank you. I found that if I plant them by hand it works fine however I want to plant them in areas that they otherwise won’t plant (such as on the edge of the map or on the beach). I will soon be hacking my New 3DS I just got and fingers crossed it’s just my device. It’s old so that might be the issue

I use an Old 3DS too. I recommend not putting bushes in areas they shouldn't be (ex. on the railroad), because it could corrupt your game (it happened to me when I just started out using this plugin).

I don’t mean putting bushes like in weird places like the railroad. I like directly surrounding my buildings with bushes and they’ll wilt when they’re too close to something.

I wouldn't recommend putting bushes anywhere you wouldn't be able to normally.

Okay, I won’t. I’ll just move my buildings to better spots. I’ll see if the plug-in works on my new 3ds once it gets home brewed and if it works I’ll close the issue then
