Crashes tobybear minihost - uses loads of ram and haults system #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download revision 14 from svn
2. Try to load the included .dll with toby bears mini host or cubase sx3
3. On Windows XP using an AMD Athlon 3200+ processor with 1gb ram -
machines haults untill OS closes process.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a plugin - got a crashed desktop

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP sp2, Revision 14 from SVN

Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you for your report.

hysteresis.dll Revision 14 was checked on:
1. Windows Vista Home Premium using an Intel Core2Duo 1.8GHz processor w 1GB RAM
(with REAPAR v2.44 demo)
2. Windows XP using an Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz processor with 1.5GB RAM (with FL 
studio5)

The problem might be due to segmentation fault or MT related.
I'll check the points.
