Dashicons Subsets/Grouping #4

From our Slack chat today

michaelarestad I think dashicons should be pretty strictly only icons used in the Dashboard for stock WP. And everything else should be in other sets. That would still be in core.

liljimmi what would we call them?

michaelarestad I'd break out TinyMCE icons, etc. Depends on the set. tinyMCE-icons.svg, social-icons.svg, etc. Or any number of naming conventions.

melchoyce What's the biggest benefit of that?

michaelarestad It's a bit more modular. The sets don't all have to conform to the same size constraints. The editor icons can be used without having to load the rest.

So here we are - how can we subset Dashicons? Should we?
