Add team as repo administrators #1

@ryerbanta can you please give all of us administrators of the rep.

@rchampieux It doesn't seem like there are admin roles for repos "owned by a user". There are some more granular controls from repos "owned by organizations". Ownership can be transferred. See this permission level article.

If someone else would be a better candidate for ownership that is fine by me.

Are there actions that you cannot currently perform?
