What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run TestSimpleWater
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First of all, the water is filtered with nearest filtering instead of bilinear,
making it look ugly. Second, the update of the reflection image is still
delayed by one frame (wasn't this issue fixed already?)
