Texture editor can't save new files, tooltips have also disappeared. #385

To reproduce:

1. Open a texture with Texture Editor in jMP.
2. Apply one of the texture filter/modifier.
3. Try to save new file by right clicking on the new file's tab. The save 
option has disappeared.

Also, tooltips when hovering above the buttons are not displayed anymore.
