Additional options when playing model animation #400

Currently the only options for AnimControl are select which animation to play. 
There should be more options such as:
1) Speed slider
2) Time slider
3) Choose loop mode, cycle, dontloop, loop

Since these options cannot be saved in the j3o file they would be misplaced in 
the properties panel as is the current selection box effectively, its only 
there for having a reference list of animations. The functionality talked about 
will be implemented by an extended animation editor window that can also do 
basic animation/bone rigging operations.
