"Android Device" target configuration doesn't work #421

Sometimes the Android Device configuration ceases to function and instead 
starts the application normally.

As a workaround, go to the "Files" explorer and right-click the projects 
build.xml and select "run-android" under "Other Targets"

Another workaround is enabling webstart, then disabling it again, then editing 
nbproject/JWS_generated.properties to run the "run-android" target. After that 
selecting the "WebStart" configuration runs the application on the android 
device.. oO

Fixed, the secret is disabling "compile on save"
