False .doc flag #86

I came across a the following URL, which gets flagged with the "Unable to check document..." message, when the destination is an html page. Seems like the check needs to look for .doc at the end of the url. https://press.un.org/en/2022/sc14904.doc.htm

Looks like it should work. Won't be able to test for a while, but should be safe to close this issue.
