Redo UI #91

Progess has been made, yay. However, with the new template, I've noticed some issues with how some of our old styling options have now.

The footer is static'd in page, no longer always at the bottom of each page. Fix is probably move the clock to the new side menu, and maybe hide the queries?

Hover tabs no longer work. (Explore and Profile). Probably best to redo those pages with a new look.
