Overlay warning on mobile #26

The site is not intended to be read on a mobile device at all.

If we detect that the site is running on a mobile device (or a small screen) then set an overlay with a warning stating that the site is not meant to be run on mobile and will have display errors.

its better to just create a mobile responsive website, i think that barring people from using the app on their phone is a little overkill
