Top-level nav-bar and "About" page #4

Should have an "About" page with some general information, and accreditations for all the open-source software used in this project.

Ideal link location in some kind of nav-bar. Either just in the page header, or perhaps floating at the top/side? Perhaps in a slide-out tray on mobile devices.

Some prototyping/investigation required.

Fixed by c9fb299bb547eaa0ae803506afa1d252b4dfaac2.

Bootstrap's default navbar automatically converts to a dropdown on small screens. It's simple and nicely responsive, so is fine for now.
