Request to add a github action

I see that the repo is quite engaging I would love to see a github - action welcoming all the new contributors on their issues and Prs

Since 500 errors are getting more common, and assuming the error is caused by exceeding GitHub's API rate limit, a GitHub action may be a good idea. lowlighter/metrics does something like that.

Pros

• rate limit is per token, so if each user uses a GitHub action and provides their own token, one token's rate limit won't affect everybody.
• as a GitHub action it can be scheduled, which is reasonable because user stats rarely need to be refreshed as frequently as every profile view.

Cons

• Setting up an action requires a bit more work on the user's part, because they can't just copy and paste a URL. They'll need to
  1. Create their own token and make it a repository secret
  2. Write a GitHub workflow file properly and pick their own triggers for image generation
