What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login to wordpress/tools/export blog XML file
2. visit wordpress2blogger.appspot.com/ and convert XML file
3. in blogger>settings>import choosing file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is that the blog posts and comments were imported.  I see error 
"The error code is bX-cuyt5y"

I only got this error code when I try to import to many posts at once.
Try to split the wordpress export in little chunks.

I achieved good results when the file size I tried to import was under 400KB. 
Had to hit the import button many times but this way it worked for me.
