Wordpress conversion issue, making a new ticket as old ones are from 2009 #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am trying to move my wordpress.org blog over to blogger, I am not tech 
saavy at all and it is telling me there is an XML conversion error 
2. Trying to export files over to blogger using 
http://wordpress2blogger.appspot.com/
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 I see this instead: Input WordPress document is not valid XML!!

Error appears around line 9817, column 8

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac Book, OS 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.

I am starting a new ticket as the old ones are from 2009 and nothing updated 
since, thanks! Please help!!
