When the player fires, Lil Husk will spawn a Heart Spider familiar. Lil Husk can only have one of his Heart Spiders exist at a time, and will not fire another one until the first one dies. Despite this, there is still a slight cooldown between firing spiders to prevent spam (ie if a spawned spider dies instantly, it will take a second before Lil Husk spawns a replacement)

Ultra: Lil Husk now spawns a corresponding Heart Attack Fly with each spawned spider. Only the death of the spider will reset Lil Husk's spawn counter, the fly living or dying will not affect it.
