buyer signup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When going to the page
http://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/buyer/signUp
2. I get the following error message, attached
3. I used email address tradiechoice@gmail.com

perhaps we dont need this signup anymore and just use
http://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/signup

The bad link can be found from
http://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/users/login
when you click signup
