ContextBuilder needs the proper documentation of the method implemented and the usage scenarios.

Code comments are now available for ContextBuilder project, what remains:

Update and enrich Readme for the project (so it can be used as required documentation for TACR)
Provide some reasonable small test data for demonstration
Provide a set of experiments as a showcase for the project
