Rewrite to exploit features of ConsoleAppFramework better:

complex arguments instead of custom handling ones
termination handling
configuration via json config file
adjust logging
command parameter validation

Console App is only Ethanol.Cli project. All others are in form of a library with public classes providing respective functions. Thus, improve the implementation in Cli project only.
