Enabling multiconnections in ContextBuilder TCP reader. #23

Currently, the TCP reader cannot handle correctly multiple TCP connections.

Also, there is a bug in TCP input. On the tested data, we have 8491/563 , while using input file the correct results are 8977/1044.

Reorderng of input data implemented. It partially solve this problem.
