allDocs() fails when there are subfolders #15

Needs to be able to run on the current folder and all subfolders without failing.

Side cases: OCR output, needs to ignore the OCR input folder or remove the OCR source files. I think what I'll do is move the OCR sources as I replace them with txt to a folder ignored by allDocs
