OCR_DOCs does not strip ".pdf" from the resulting text file names and this confuses epartexttools #4

The tools look for ".pdf" anywhere in the name, not just at the end. So it treats rawtext.pdf.txt as a pdf file.

#TODO: strip the ".pdf" from the resulting filenames because it confuses the epartexttools, treats them as pdfs.

Fixed on my personal machine. Need to upload the function.
