User settings modal & launch UI tweaks #630

Task: RYSK-26

Description

Removes temporary Joyride tutorials.
Fixes broken tooltips on the vault page and swaps for a better lib.
Introduces new settings modal for user preferences.
- Unlimited approvals for USDC/WETH
- Calendar mode
- Ability to always see DHV balance
- Tutorial mode
- Hiding of untradeable strikes
Fixes tall modal overflows.
Adds local storage settings for trading screen preferences.
Removes page jumps when modals are opened/closed.
Smoother animations between expiry changes.
General media query tweaks to support all screens down to tablet size.
