Single Instance Mode Login 404 #16

I'm currently deployed with mlmym via Portainer, but am unable to get login working with single instance mode. If I set the environment variable: the instance content loads and I can view everything, but when i go to log in I am greeted with a 404 upon clicking submit.

Removing the flag fixes the issue, however.
