Expose Community 'edit', 'delete' buttons in old skin

If I'm the mod of a community, there is an Edit and Delete button in the upper-right, just below the name of the community:

It would be really nice to have these exposed in the 'old' CSS skin so one can edit community description text without switching back to the default lemmy view.

You can edit the community description with the community settings link at the bottom of the side bar
